Homemade Granola
Crunchy, naturally sweetened granola perfect for breakfast or snacking.
Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup dried fruit
Instructions
Mix oats, nuts, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes, stirring halfway. Add dried fruit after cooling.
